RETURN POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
If you have purchased products from www.erdashoes.com as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date on which you received the product, in accordance with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must complete the Return Form available on the ERDA website.
After registering your return request, you will receive by e-mail all the necessary instructions for shipping the product back.
Product Exchanges
ERDA does not offer product exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or model, please return the product according to this Return Policy and place a new order.
This procedure allows us to process orders efficiently and helps us avoid situations where the requested product is no longer available in stock or is subject to different commercial conditions.
Return Conditions
In order to receive a full refund for the returned product, the product must be returned:

within the legal 14-day withdrawal period;
-
in the same condition in which it was delivered;
-
without signs of use beyond what is necessary for normal inspection and fitting;
-
together with all accessories received;
-
in the original product box.
Shoes may only be tried on indoors, on a clean surface, in the same manner as they would be tried on in a physical store.
Original Packaging
The original shoe box is part of the product presentation and contributes to maintaining its commercial value.
Please do not attach shipping labels, adhesive tape, or any other markings directly onto the original product box. We recommend using an external protective package when returning the product in order to preserve the original packaging.
If the original box is damaged due to shipping labels, adhesive tape, or any other actions that make it unsuitable for resale, ERDA may deduct the amount of 2 euro, representing the replacement cost of the standard packaging.
For special packaging, limited editions, or boxes with a higher commercial value, the decrease in value may reflect the actual replacement cost.
Inspection of Returned Products
All returned products are inspected upon receipt.
For the purpose of documenting the condition in which products are received, returned items may be photographed and/or recorded on video.
The inspection may include, but is not limited to:

condition of the sole;
-
condition of leather and other materials;
-
signs of wear;
-
scratches or deformation;
-
persistent odours (perfume, cigarette smoke, etc.);
-
presence of all accessories;
-
integrity of the original packaging;
-
presence of labels and original packaging elements.
Product Value Reduction
According to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product.
If the product shows signs of use or damage exceeding normal inspection and fitting, ERDA may reduce the refunded amount proportionally to the depreciation identified.
Situations that may result in a reduction of the refunded value include, but are not limited to:

dirty or scratched soles;
-
scratched, stretched, or damaged leather;
-
impact marks or physical damage;
-
persistent odours;
-
missing accessories;
-
missing labels;
-
damaged original packaging;
-
any other damage that reduces the possibility of reselling the product as new.
The amount deducted will be determined based on the nature and extent of the damage, so that it reflects either the cost of restoring the product to a resalable condition or the difference between the value of a new product and the value of the returned product in its received condition.
Before applying any reduction in value, ERDA may inform the customer about the findings and the estimated amount of depreciation.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning the products is borne by the customer, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or was delivered incorrectly.
The return may be shipped through any courier company delivering to the return address communicated by ERDA after registering the return request.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within the timeframe provided by applicable law.
For orders paid online by card, the refund will be issued to the same payment account used for the original transaction.
For orders paid by cash on delivery, the customer must provide a bank account (IBAN) to which the refund will be transferred.
Customised Products
Products manufactured according to the customer's specifications or personalised at the customer's request are not eligible for withdrawal, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Products Purchased from the ERDA Outlet / Second Choice Category
ERDA may offer certain products at reduced prices through special categories such as ERDA Outlet or Second Choice.
These products may present certain aesthetic or presentation-related characteristics that do not affect the functionality, comfort, or safety of the product.
Before completing the purchase, customers are informed about these characteristics through the product description and/or specific product photographs.
By placing an order for a product from the ERDA Outlet / Second Choice category, the customer confirms that they have acknowledged and accepted the aesthetic characteristics described for that product.
Aesthetic characteristics disclosed before purchase are not considered conformity defects and cannot constitute grounds for complaints regarding aspects that were already communicated to the customer before purchase.
The consumer’s legal rights regarding withdrawal from the contract and legal conformity warranty remain applicable according to the applicable legislation.
For products purchased from the ERDA Outlet / Second Choice category, the assessment of the product’s condition upon return will take into account the aesthetic characteristics communicated before purchase, and these characteristics will not automatically be considered additional depreciation of the product.
Non-Conforming or Defective Products
If the product received has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the order placed, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs together with a brief description of the issue.
Each request will be analysed in accordance with applicable legislation and ERDA’s Warranty Policy.
Recommendations Before Purchase

If you need additional advice regarding size selection or model suitability, the ERDA team will be happy to assist you before placing your order.
Repeated Refused or Uncollected Orders
If ERDA identifies a repeated history of refused deliveries, uncollected parcels, or returns caused by reasons attributable to the customer, ERDA reserves the right, for future orders, to request full advance payment or, in justified situations, to refuse acceptance of new orders.
This measure aims to prevent abusive behaviour and maintain fair operating costs for all customers.
