It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, or publish, in any form, the contents of the materials presented on this website without the written consent of the Deneris Trade SRL representatives.
Use of the ERDA SHOES website
All available products are listed on www.erdashoes.ro.
In order to place an order, select the desired product, fill in your personal data, followed by submitting your order. The order can be placed as a visitor, having a personal account on www.erdashoes.ro is not mandatory.
If you own an account on www.erdashoes.ro, you are responsible for keeping your login data secured. Any activity carried out under your user name is entirely your responsibility (Orders placed from your account, subscribe to the Newsletter, etc.). If you lose your password or if you notice any suspicious activity in your account, you must notify Deneris Trade S.R.L. as soon as possible: contact@erdashoes.ro.
Products
All ERDA SHOES products are original and quality tested to meet the applicable quality standards. They are carefully checked three times and flawless.
All products come with a manual of instructions for use. SC Deneris Trade SRL is not responsible for accidents due to misuse.
Color differences
There may be situations where, depending on your device’s color settings, slight differences between the colors displayed on your screen and the real colors might occur.
Orders
Placing an order represents your intention to purchase a product and is subject to the terms and conditions presented.
Orders can be placed 24/7 throughout the year, without exceptions, while the stock holds, at the retail price presented on www.erdashoes.ro, shipping fee not included.
For an order to be complete, you must assure that all the information filled in the ordering form is correct and complete. After the order is received, you will shortly receive an email that presents you all the order’s information. ERDA SHOES Voucher Codes cannot be used in combination with other discounts, promotions, shipping specials or other promo codes. If you are in possession of multiple vouchers, please note that you can use only one at the time, unless different conditions of use were specified.
* SC DENERIS TRADE SRL reserves the right to cancel any vouchers used www.erdashoes.ro if suspicious usage is observed or if a voucher was used by someone without the right to use it.
Our goal is that all ERDA SHOES customers are fully satisfied with their choice. Please do not hesitate to write us if you find yourself in an uncertainty of any kind.
Orders placed from a reseller account shall be paid only after receiving the invoice and the payment details by e-mail. The amount that appears on the automatic mail received that confirms the order, can be different from the amount invoiced.
Orders for wrap conversions in the PIMP MY WRAP section cannot be placed from a reseller account, and it will not benefit of specific discounts.
ERDA SHOES Voucher Codes cannot be used while placing an order from a reseller account. If such an error occurs, the voucher code will be canceled from the order.

The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
Expedition times may vary depending on the stock variations. Delivery times may be influenced by certain delays due to courier/postal service or force majeure, for which S.C. Deneris Trade S.R.L is not responsible.
Deneris Trade SRL is not responsible for any additional costs imposed by your national and or federal legislation. These costs (VAT, custom clearance fee, etc.) are entirely the responsibility of the customer. These costs will under no circumstances be part of a potential refund by SC Deneris Trade SRL.
All US orders are temporarily suspended, for an undetermined period of time. All orders with US shipment that are placed on our website until all restrictions are being removed can be the subject of a cancellation on our part. Thank you for your understanding!
Refund in case of refusal to receive the product
If the customer refuses to receive the product, the refund of the amount paid shall be paid after the product reaches our possession. 16 euro custom duties for non-EU countries, shipping cost, and return to sender shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
Return/refund in case of a non-faulty ERDA product
If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchased product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, without penalty and without giving reason under the OUG 34/2014, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received, undamaged and free from traces of use.
To initiate a return, you must complete the return form online. After submitting the form, you will receive an email with return instructions, including the shipping address and next steps. Returns not registered in advance will not be accepted.
If it is not possible to return the product in the original packaging, it can be sent in another packaging, carefully packed so that it preserves the integrity of the product.
The return of the products shall be done using any courier service available.
The transport is supported by you, as the buyer.
The refund of the amount paid shall be paid within 14 calendar days, only after verification of the product and only if the product is in the same state as shipped by the seller, undamaged and free from evidence of usage. Shipping cost will not be reimbursed. In the conditions in which the product is not returned in the original packaging, the amount of 5 EUR related to the packaging costs will be retained, according to the law GEO 34/2014.
Requesting product replacement/exchange
As a customer, you may request that a purchased product to be replaced by another within 48 hours after receiving the product you ordered. The new product of your choice will be shipped after the returned product reaches our possession in perfect condition, undamaged and free from traces of use and after the shipping cost for the new product is paid.
ERDA SHOES Gift Card
The ERDA SHOES GIFT CARD can be purchased only from www.erdashoes.ro. The gift card has an amount of credit, a specific code to and a period of validity written on it.The gift card can be used as an alternative way of paying for a product, by using the unique code you will find on the gift card for deducting the related sum in the specific period of validity.
The voucher code is valid for one order. The card can be used for purchasing any product of the same or bigger amount than the one written on the card. The amount differences can not be refunded, if the purchased goods have a lower price than the one written on the card.
The gift card cannot be returned. In case the goods purchased through the gift card are object of a return, you will receive a new gift card of the same amount as the previous one for purchasing a different product from www.erdashoes.ro. The new card will be sent on the valid email saved in the customer account of the one who made the purchase. Price differences paid by the buyer when purchasing the goods can be refunded.
The value of the gift card cannot be refunded or changed into cash. The gift card cannot be fractioned for being used on multiple orders. The gift card is valid for 6 months since the acquisition and can be used only on www.erdashoes.ro.
The gift card will be sent within the next working day through an email to the person who made the order. Please make sure the email address you provide us in the customer account from the website is correct and valid. The gift card will be sent to the final customer who gets to use it by the person who made the order, not by a representative fromERDA SHOES.
We are not responsible in case the gift card gets stolen or lost. We are not responsible for mistakes in the email address sent by the gift card buyer.
Deneris Trade SRL reserves the right to refuse returns in the following conditions
The products were not purchased from www.erdashoes.ro (please contact the store from where you purchased the product); 30 days (ERDA barefoot product) from its arrival at your destination ;
- the product is in bad condition or deteriorated with usage signs and cannot be sold further to another customer;
- you are unable to present us the invoice as a proof of your purchase.

Warranty ERDA barefoot
All ERDA barefoot shoes are covered by a 30 days limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase by the end customer. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use.
Covered under this warranty:
• Defective stitching
• Faulty sole attachment
• Material defects that impair normal wearability
22.3. Not covered under this warranty:
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper maintenance (e.g., machine washing, use of unsuitable cleaning agents such as solvents, alcohol, acetone)
• Discoloration or material degradation due to prolonged exposure to sunlight or heat
• Altered or modified products
• Damage resulting from improper transportation, handling, or storage
• Physical damage caused by mechanical shock (e.g., tearing, snagging, impact, scratching), or by animals (e.g., pets, rodents)
Damage or excessive wear resulting from continuous, intensive use of a single pair of shoes without reasonable alternation with other footwear is not covered by this warranty.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To validate a claim, the Reseller must notify the Supplier in writing within 7 calendar days of receiving a claim from the end customer. The Supplier may require the return of the defective product for inspection before approving compensation, replacement, or credit.
Data protection & confidentiality
Our privacy policy, which sets out how we will use your personal data information, can be found HERE. By usingwww.erdashoes.ro, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
Litigation
Any litigation between SC Deneris Trade SRL and the clients can be resolved in an amicable way. If the conflict is not managed amicably, it will be settled in the court jurisdiction where SC Deneris Trade SRL is headquartered, respectively Cluj-Napoca.
